CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. In cases of cancellations, you have up to 12 hours to cancel your order by EMAIL or MESSENGER. Orders that have been sent out for delivery CANNOT be cancelled.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER? (E.G.ADDRESS)

We aim at delivering your items as soon as possible; we know you can not wait to fleek in your new outfit. This means that we are unable to change your order after it has been placed.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPMENT COSTS?

The shipping costs within the Netherlands are € 4,95! Shipments in Europe cost € 13,-. Orders above €50,- are shipped free within Europe.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by MO X NES. For detailed information we advice you to contact your local customs office.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We're sorry, but we are not able to offer free returns. Returns must be made at your own cost. Shipping costs are subjected to your local post office.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

We are sorry if you have received a faulty item! MO X NES works hard to make sure your order arrives smoothly. In order to help you, please contact our Customer Services with a picture of the faulty item and your order number.
